我们记得第一次遇见那位顾客。
他说，他从来没有一张完整的全家福，那是他心里最大的遗憾。
他希望我们，把一位已经离开的家人加入画里。
当画完成、发送给他确认的那一刻，我们收到的第一条讯息，不是修改意见，而是文字中都能感受到满满的感动与泪水。

那一刻我们明白了，原来我们不只是“做礼物”，我们是在替人保存思念，替人完成未能完成的圆满，
替人，把爱继续留下来。

于是，我们更坚定了最初的信念：

We began our journey in 2020.

In a world that moves fast, sharp, and precise,
we chose a path that is a little slower but warmer, and more human.

That year, we set out with one simple but sincere intention: to place love into every pair of hands
through hand-drawn and personalized gifts.

Not cold products, but memories preserved in another form. Every piece we create whether a drawing or a piece of text, once engraved with your name and your story, it becomes something that exists only for you in this world.

We still remember our very first unforgettable customer.

They told us they had never owned a complete family portrait, the greatest regret in their heart.

They asked us to merge a family member who had already passed away in the artwork.

When the illustration was completed and sent for confirmation, the very first message we received was not a request for changes, but words filled with emotion and tears we could almost feel through the screen.

In that moment, we realized: We are not merely “making gifts.”

We are preserving longing,
completing what once felt incomplete,
and allowing love to continue, even across time.

That experience strengthened our belief:
