For illustration drawing will receive your draft via your DM’s in 2-4 working days; Doorgifts category choose from template design / provide own logo, illustration design will provide within 24 hrs (Working days not included Sat, Sun/ Public Holiday). 

Provide a high resolution JPEG soft copy by email (Kindly inform in advance if need others type of file format, AI file will be additional charged).

Items production generally takes 5-10 working days to complete (Working days not included Sat, Sun/ Public Holiday). All production time can be referenced through the price link. (Production time does not include shipping time)

Estimated Delivery Time for Regional Shipping (if there are no unforeseen circumstances):

West Malaysia: 1-3 working days
East Malaysia: 5-7 working days
Singapore: 5-10 working days

Our gift sets are priced based on quantity, the more you order, the cheaper the price per piece.
If you need to add more, there are 2 situations:

1. Order not shipped yet
You can contact us to check if it’s still possible to add quantity to the same order.

How will the price be calculated?
If you ordered 30pcs and add 5pcs, the 5pcs will be calculated based on the 30–39pcs. If you add 10pcs, the 10pcs will be calculated based on the 40–49pcs. (the original 30pcs will remain at the original price)

2. Order already shipped / completed
Any additional quantity will be treated as a new order (top-up order):

We uses J&T Express or Ninja Logistics (ninjavan) as our courier service, you may track for delivery via here (J&T Experess) or here (ninjavan). Any others courier preferences will be bared by customer. We will not responsible for any damages or losses occurred during the delivery. However if you like to receive on specific date, we can help you to arrange LALAMOVE or GRAB EXPRESS (customer has to bare the delivery fees according to their charges). Free shipping not included door gift's category.

Additional fee will required for photo background. Normally we match up for you with a plain color or arty style background and it's free (Kindly let us know if you have a particularly desired color/arty style background).

Each order includes one free minor revision after the draft is completed. Any additional revisions will incur an extra fee per revision. The revised draft will be provided for confirmation within 1–3 working days.

All customized doorgift drawings are created based solely on one photo provided by the customer. Details such as hairstyle and clothing will strictly follow the reference photo.

All drawings are completed according to passport photo standards, featuring a front-facing, half-body portrait.

Once the draft is completed, any request to change the reference photo or drawing style will require an additional fee (charges depend on the drawing style and total number of people). Please understand that a drawing cannot be 100% identical to the original photo.

*Minor revisions include small adjustments such as color changes or slight body proportion refinements (e.g. slightly slimmer or fuller appearance…)*

Kindly inform in advance for photo merging/ changing posture/ clothes (Photo reference needed & additional fee required).

Any issues must be reported within 2 days of receiving the parcel (claims after this period will not be accepted).

For defects/damages/wrong items, customers must provide clear photo proof. We will review and assess with the courier. Replacement or remake will only be arranged once compensation from the courier is confirmed.

If the issue is not caused by us or the courier, the item must be returned for review. Re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If the product was in good condition when shipped and received, but damage/defects occur during use, we are not responsible, as usage and wearing conditions vary individually. All claims are subject to our verification, and our decision shall be final.

Rebate code period is within 1 year. Birthday month discount are not entitled to softcopy, door gifts category and cannot be use together with 1st time purchase 5% off or rebate code.

Doorgift: If a refund or cancellation is requested after artwork has been provided, 20% of the total payment will be charged as an artwork fee, and the remaining 80% will be refunded to the original payment method.

Due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions, camera settings, individual color perception, as well as printing materials and production processes, slight color variations may occur between the design artwork, reference photos, and the actual printed product. A color difference of approximately ±5% is considered normal.

We will produce the item based on the confirmed artwork as closely as possible. If you are highly sensitive to color differences or require exact color matching, please consider carefully before placing an order.

Portrait Drawing created by FLAWLESS GIFT SHOP will be used at our own discretion. If you do not wish to have your drawing posed, please do inform in advance.

每个订单在提供图稿确认后可以进行一次免费的修改。如需第二次或以上修改，将按次额外收费。修改后的稿件会在 1–3 个工作日内提供给您确认。

定制伴手礼的个人绘图仅根据顾客在下单前提供的照片确认进行绘制。包括发型、服装等细节，都会以该参考照片为标准。

所有插画均按照护照大头照标准 绘制，为 半身、正面角度（如有任何特别要求请提前要求）

图稿完成后，如需更换参考照片或绘画风格，将额外收费（费用将根据绘画风格及总人数而定）。全作品为电子绘图，是无法100%和照片相似。

微调范围包括：颜色调整、轻微体型比例调整（如稍微瘦一点或丰满一点等）

收到包裹后如有任何问题，必须在 2天内提出（逾期恕不受理）。

商品若有瑕疵/损坏/发错，顾客需提供清晰照片作为凭证。我方将与运输公司进行审核评估，并在确认获赔偿后安排合理的补发/重做。

若问题并非因我方或运输公司造成，顾客需将包裹退回，经审核后才安排补发，运费由顾客承担。

商品若在寄出前及顾客收到时均完好，但在使用过程中产生损坏或瑕疵，我方概不负责（因使用/佩戴方式因人而异，无法判定责任）。所有售后申请将以我方审核结果为最终决定。

回扣优惠为期1年内。生日优惠回扣不包括人像绘制图档，伴手礼商品并且不能同时与第一次购买5%回扣或回购金并用。

所有商品在确认汇无法进行不可退款，汇款后不接受任何理由取消。 订单会在全额付款后开始进行。如在已提供图稿后申请退款或取消订单，恕无法全额退款。

伴手礼区：图稿制作费用将按订单付款金额的 20% 收取，剩余款项（80%）将退还至原付款方式。

由于不同设备屏幕显示、拍摄光线、手机相机参数、个人视觉感受，以及印刷材质与工艺因素影响，图稿颜色、手机拍摄参考图与实际商品成品颜色可能会存在约 ±5% 色差，均属于正常情况。

本店将尽量依据设计图稿进行制作，若对颜色要求非常严格或无法接受轻微色差者，请谨慎下单。

我们将自行决定使用 Flawless Gift Shop 创作的绘制图。如果不希望您的绘制图被贴出，请提前通知。
